Job description
1. Formulated regional sales strategies according to regional market conditions, led the team to complete the business targets assigned by the company;
2, develop regional customers, responsible for the maintenance of customers in the region, in-depth exploration of the potential needs of big customers;
3. Regularly report the sales situation in the region and the sales plan for the next stage;
4. Responsible for the training, assistance and management of agents in the region;
5. Cooperate with the Marketing Department to complete the annual market plan;
6. Complete the assessment according to the company's performance assessment requirements.
Note: This position is regional sales manager, resident: South China, North China, East China, Northwest China
Job qualification
1, college degree or above, biopharmaceutical, chemistry and other related major, more than 3 years of work experience is preferred;
2, requires rigorous work attitude, serious, with adaptability, planning ability and sales planning ability;
3, with good communication and cooperation skills and strong team spirit.
